Dear Valued Supplier,
This new platform will allow us to improve collaboration, enhance our relationship with our suppliers and streamline the order management process, by enabling electronic dispatch of Purchase Orders (PO) and Order Confirmations between Zenith Pure Oil and its Suppliers.
Below are some of the benefits and opportunities the Business Network will provide to its Suppliers:

- Ability to receive electronic PO notifications and other documents
- Realtime visibility of the order status
- Access to the SAP global e-commence network, providing suppliers with greater visibility and opportunities to establish new customer trading relationships
- Simple to use
- Participate in the sourcing events
We fully appreciate that our procurement transformation journey is not only a change for Zenith Pure Oil, but for our Suppliers too, especially those who currently do not use the Business Network. However, as a valued Supplier, our relationship and your participation in this new initiative is key to maintaining our ongoing business relationship.
Business Network Fees: The great news is that there will be no cost to our Suppliers to paricipate in sourcing events, receive PO’s and send Order Confirmations via the Standard Ariba account. Fees will apply if you chose to upgrade to an Ariba Enterprise account giving you full access to a wide range of functionality and features.
Standard Business Network account: free access with limited functions.
Enterprise Business Network account: fees are applicable with extended functionality.
PROCESS FLOW IN SAP ARIBA
1. Request registration
Supplier self-registration with Zenith Pure Oil. ONLY if you have not traded with Zenith Pure Oil yet.
If you have traded with Zenith Pure Oil already, please contact your buyer from Zenith Pure Oil or aribaopsupport@zenithpureoil.com to receive the final registration form.

2. SAP Business Network registration
Register your account on SAP Business Network if you do not have account yet.

3. Registration
Finalize your Supplier Registration Questionnaire with Zenith Pure Oil by filling the final registration questionnaire.
You will receive an e-mail with the link of the questionnaire which you can access by logging into your SAP Business Network account.

4. Qualification
Become qualified supplier of Zenith Pure Oil in SAP Ariba
