Amendment of strike price under the share option agreement between Zenith Pure Oil Plc. and ING Bank N.V.
Based on the share option agreement related to 35,838,293 Series “A” Zenith Pure Oil Ordinary shares, concluded on 26 November 2018 with ING Bank N.V., the strike price for both the call and the put options has been amended to EUR 9.40988 per share.
Zenith Pure Oil directly and indirectly owns 66,219,847 Series "A" and 578 Series "C" Zenith Pure Oil Ordinary shares.
