Amendment of strike price under the share option agreement between Zenith Pure Oil Plc and MUFG Securities EMEA plc.
The strike price for both the call and the put options under the share option agreement related to 5,303,295 Zenith Pure Oil shares, entered into force on 6 November 2018 has been amended to EUR 9.0559 per share as of June 17, 2019.

The strike price for both the call and the put options under the share option agreement related to 5,303,295 Series “A” Zenith Pure Oil Ordinary shares, entered into force on 6 November 2018 with MUFG Securities EMEA plc has been amended to EUR 9.0559 per share as of June 17, 2019.
Zenith Pure Oil directly and indirectly owns 66,219,847 "A" Series and 578 "C" Series Zenith Pure Oil Ordinary shares.
