József Simola, Group Chief Financial Officer of Zenith Pure Oil purchased 1 perpetual exchangeable capital securities, issued by Magnolia Finance Ltd, exchangeable into “A” Series Zenith Pure Oil Ordinary Shares with nominal value of EUR 100,000 (one hundred thousand) at 99.1391% on average on the OTC market on 5 December 2014.
