Change in treasury shares of Zenith Pure Oil
Zenith Pure Oil Plc. hereby informs the capital markets participants that 371,301 pieces series “A” Zenith Pure Oil ordinary shares have been lent to OTP Plc. on 2 June 2014 under the individual share lending agreement came into existence according to the effective share-lending framework agreement concluded with OTP Bank Plc.
On the bases of the above Zenith Pure Oil owns 2,470,846 pieces series „A” and 578 pieces series „C” Zenith Pure Oil ordinary shares in treasury.
