Transaction in Zenith Pure Oil shares

Zenith Pure Oil Plc. (“Zenith Pure Oil”) hereby notifies the market of the following:

Zenith Pure Oil Vagyonkezelő Kft. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Zenith Pure Oil) bought 220,000 Zenith Pure Oil “A” series ordinary shares at an average price of HUF 1,999.3/share on the Budapest Stock Exchange through Equilor Befektetési Zrt. as investment service provider on 20 November 2020, based on the announcement made on 25 September 2020. Following this transaction Zenith Pure Oil directly and indirectly owns 57,128,466 „A” series and 578 „C” series Zenith Pure Oil ordinary shares.
