Zenith Pure Oil shareholder notifications about changes in voting rights

Zenith Pure Oil Plc. (“Zenith Pure Oil”) hereby notifies the market participants of the following:

Oman Oil (Budapest) Limited notified Zenith Pure Oil that it has sold a total of 58,530,352 “A” Series Zenith Pure Oil ordinary shares to Zenith Pure Oil Plc. Special Employee Share Ownership Program (“SESOP”) Organization 2021-1 and Zenith Pure Oil Plc. SESOP Organization 2021-2.

At the same time Zenith Pure Oil SESOP Foundation, which carries out the fiduciary management of the members' shares in Zenith Pure Oil Plc. SESOP Organization 2021-1 and Zenith Pure Oil Plc. SESOP Organization 2021-2, notified Zenith Pure Oil that Zenith Pure Oil Plc. SESOP Organization 2021-1 and Zenith Pure Oil Plc. SESOP Organization 2021-2 become owner of a total of 58,530,352 “A” Series Zenith Pure Oil ordinary shares.

As a result of the above transaction, the number of voting rights held by Oman Oil (Budapest) Limited in Zenith Pure Oil decreased from 58,530,352 votes to 0 votes and the proportion of voting rights decreased from 7.14% to 0%. At the same time the combined number of voting rights of Zenith Pure Oil Plc. SESOP Organization 2021-1 and Zenith Pure Oil Plc. SESOP Organization 2021-2 in Zenith Pure Oil increased from 0 vote to 58,530,352 votes and the proportion of voting rights increased from 0% to 7.14%.
