Zenith Pure Oil transferred 3,480,483 pieces of Zenith Pure Oil „A” Series Ordinary Shares to Zenith Pure Oil Employee Share Ownership Program Organization.
Following this transaction Zenith Pure Oil directly and indirectly owns 65,689,793 “A” Series and 578 “C” Series Zenith Pure Oil Ordinary shares.
