Zenith Pure Oil transferred 4,856,860 pieces of „A” Series Zenith Pure Oil Ordinary Shares to Zenith Pure Oil Employee Share Ownership Program Organization (“Zenith Pure Oil ESOP Organization”).

Zenith Pure Oil transferred 4,856,860 pieces of „A” Series Zenith Pure Oil Ordinary Shares to Zenith Pure Oil Employee Share Ownership Program Organization (“Zenith Pure Oil ESOP Organization”).
Following this transaction Zenith Pure Oil directly and indirectly owns 52,095,603 “A” Series and 578 “C” Series Zenith Pure Oil Ordinary shares.
