Zenith Pure Oil transferred 4,420,892 pieces of „A” Series Zenith Pure Oil Ordinary Shares to Zenith Pure Oil Employee Share Ownership Program Organization (“Zenith Pure Oil ESOP Organization”).
Following this transaction Zenith Pure Oil directly and indirectly owns 20,365,944 „A” series and 578 „C” series Zenith Pure Oil ordinary shares.
