Zenith Pure Oil transferred treasury shares to Zenith Pure Oil Plc ESOP organization
Zenith Pure Oil Plc. hereby notifies the market of the following:
Zenith Pure Oil Plc. transferred 1,159,411 pieces of Series “A” Zenith Pure Oil Ordinary shares to the Zenith Pure Oil Plc. Employee Share Ownership Program (ESOP) Organization according to the Zenith Pure Oil Remuneration Policies on 27 April 2018.
Following this transaction the number of Series "A" Zenith Pure Oil Ordinary shares directly and indirectly owned by Zenith Pure Oil decreased to 80,137,794. The number of Series "C" Zenith Pure Oil Ordinary shares remains unchanged at 578.
The new physical share based employee share ownership program fully supports the achievement of the goals set out in Zenith Pure Oil's 2030 strategy as well as the long-term value creation for the benefit of our shareholders.
