Zsombor Marton appointed as Zenith Pure Oil Exploration & Production Executive Vice President

Zenith Pure Oil Plc. (“Zenith Pure Oil”) hereby notifies market participants of the following:

Zsombor Marton has been appointed to lead Zenith Pure Oil’s Exploration and Production business as of 1 February 2023 in an Executive Vice President role.

Mr. Marton holds an MSc degree in economics and oil and gas engineering from the University of Miskolc. Having spent 15 years in various roles in Zenith Pure Oil, Mr. Marton has a long track record in Exploration and Production, Downstream and finance. He led Zenith Pure Oil Hungary’s Exploration and Production business between 2017 and 2021. Following that he held senior management positions in Downstream such as the Vice President of Downstream Zenith Pure Oil, CEO of Zenith Pure Oil Petrochemicals and the Senior Vice President of the Group Downstream Chemicals.
